We are excited to invite you to our Meeting of the Minds series, exclusively for individuals living with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or dementia. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.
Facilitators: We are thrilled to have our extraordinary volunteers, Joy Spahn and Chris Simon, leading these sessions.
This will be an 8-week Monday series starting at 1:00 PM EST (12:00 PM CST, 11:00 AM MST, 10:00 AM PST).

- October 14, 2024 - Sharing Wisdom: What piece of advice would you give someone newly diagnosed?
- October 21, 2024 - Explore Living with A.S.A.P: Attitude, Socialization, Acceptance, Purpose.
- October 28, 2024 - What I Wish They Knew: Discussing what we wish family and friends knew about living with dementia.
- November 4, 2024 - Beyond the Headlines: A discussion on how media portrays dementia.
- November 11, 2024 - Holiday Preparations: Strategies for thriving during the holidays—not just surviving!
- November 18, 2024 - Through the Years: A light-hearted session reflecting on childhood, teenage years, and adulthood.
- November 25, 2024 - A Time for Thankfulness: In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we will explore what we are most thankful for in our lives.
